GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - The Dallas Cowboys were without two Pro Bowl starters in the secondary on Sunday when they faced the Arizona Cardinals.
Safety Roy Williams practiced on a limited basis during the week but missed his fourth straight game because of a fractured forearm. Cornerback Terence Newman will be out for at least another month following surgery for a sports hernia.
Williams' backup Patrick Watkins also was out, due to a neck injury.
Arizona didn't have wide receiver Anquan Boldin for the second week in a row. Boldin is recovering from surgery to repair a sinus fracture. Cardinals tight end Ben Patrick also was inactive because of an injured knee.
