Former Cowboys receiver Terry Glenn was arrested at an Irving hotel on Jan. 25 for public intoxication and possession of marijuana under two ounces, according to police.
Irving police spokesman David Tull said workers at the Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel at 605 Meadow Creek Drive called late that night about a suspicious person.
Glenn was arrested at 10:30 p.m., according to Irving police records. He also had four traffic warrants outstanding in Roanoke - one for speeding, one for expired vehicle registration and two for failure to appear in court. Glenn posted bond the next morning and was released.
Glenn played 12 years in the NFL starting in 1996. The receiver played for the Cowboys from 2003 to 2007 and caught 208 passes. He was released prior to training camp in 2008.
