Everything you need to know before today's Bedlam game between No. 3 Oklahoma and No. 12 Oklahoma State:
WHAT'S AT STAKE
→For Oklahoma, it's a little complicated. A win puts the Sooners in position to get to the Big 12 title game, but Oklahoma needs help from the polls to jump No. 2 Texas in the BCS rankings. A win would put OU in a three-way tie with Texas and Texas Tech (provided Tech beats Baylor today). The tiebreaker would go to the team with the highest BCS ranking.
→For Oklahoma State, a victory would give the Cowboys 10 regular-season wins for the first time in school history. It would also put the Cowboys in line for the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.
PRIMETIME PLAYERS
The quarterbacks get most of the attention, but the game could come down to who runs the ball better. Oklahoma has DeMarco Murray, who has rushed for more than 900 yards and 13 touchdowns. Oklahoma State counters with Kendall Hunter, who has rushed for more than 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns.
